South visited Melton for their first game Since Mid December, considering the recent weather the pitch was in superb condition. South started the game very well and looked very good despite not playing much rugby recently. South opened the scoring with M.Browne starting a move finished off by H.Jackson 0-5 to south. Melton then replied by scoring two tries and a conversation taking the score to 12-5 to Melton at halftime.
South matched Melton in all areas taking the game to the home side at all times, this paid off with the impressive M.Browne scoring a try to make the score 17-10 to Melton. South continued to play great and commited rugby resulting in a great game by both teams. Effort again paid off with A.Djemil breaking through to score making the the score 17-15 to Melton which was the final score.
South were superb in all areas and played there best game of the season as a team, well done also to the lads who watched from the side and played a 10 minute game to get some play.
