South in Good Form At Wyggs

The game was played at Tigers training ground...Oval Park.

Great turnout from South with enough players and parents to play 2 teams with subs, supported by 3 Coaches and 1 First Aider (with plenty of ice)

Team1 1st half.....Oadby opened the scoring with a try from the off, then followed up with a quick 2nd...taylor tacked well but Oadby were too strong...JJ ran well with the ball supported by oli.....Oadby scored again...jj nearly scored for south but got a crunching tackle before the try line by a budding toualangi, who then ran the length of the pitch to score Oadby's 4th try.

Team 2 1st half...South started will with a good attack, and continued to defend well with great covering tackles by William... Case ran broke free from deep supported by Will but just fell short of the try line. William tacked fantastically all over the park. Case made another blistering run to the corner passing the ball to Ollie to score Souths 1st try.

Ollie and Will defended well from the stary, Jamie was unlucky and just ran out of play before he could score...Will tacked well again and South scored from the turnover, followed by a great 3rd try from Case.

1st team 2nd half....
New players.....charlie

Oadby started the attack, blistering run to the corner by Jamie, tackled well by Oadby...ollie ran to the corner but was tackled short of the line...Oadby countered and scored....Ollie saved a certain try with a great goal-line tackle and south turned over the ball, Jamie ran the length of the pitch and scored a great try and followed that up with another try great try for South.

2nd half 2nd team

South started, Fenna just fell short of the line passing the ball to Isaiah who scored a great try for south....Will continued to defend well tackling across the pitch. Great try by Isaiah running the length of the pitch...oadby then countered and scored.. Isaiah scored another try..despite some great defensive tackles by Case and Isaiah Oadby scored 2 trys in quick succession.......katie suffered an injury and play was suspended...1st aid ran to the rescue and play resumed. Great defence from south and a great try in the corner by case.

1st team 3rd session.....

South started well with great tackling from will and taylor....oadby scored..
Ollie tacked well, but oadby scored again.....great tackling from Will, Taylor and Ollie a much closer game

2nd team 3rd session

South defended well but oadby scored....Jamie, Ollie and Will defended well with some great tackles but Oadby scored again....Will continued to tackle well and turned over the ball, Isaiah collected the ball and ran the length of the pitch to score.

Final Game

South mixed the teams up to give everyone a run out, the match was close but Oadby came out on top on the day.
