Great work by south and a great run by James # 12 but tackled into touch over their 22
Awesome pressure but ball went dead , and again pressure by butts saw them put the ball dead too

Butts with the ball made a cracking solo run eventually being brought down about half way , good recycling and 2 great tackles by Jon and joe ... Joe with a little run ... Good rucking by south and gain a penalty , quickly taken but came to nothing ..

South seem to be on the back foot at least for the majority of the half .. Some good spells but butts have certainly prepared well , let's hope the second half sees more attacking by the south boys

Scrum inside our 22 , penalty and south found touch at our 10 meter line .. Another scrum this time to us , .. Kick forward and good chase .,but turnover ball and butts took the ball into touch ... Lineout saw butts steal and run but bought down just before the line ..
Scrum at our 22 . Again pressure by butts .. They Kicked and ran it but Sam well placed to touch ball down for a 22 drop out ... Looking great now as south on the rampage .. Down to their 22 .. Penalty and butts had a talking to by the ref

Great play by south , penalty .. Ok we're now inside their 22 .. But Comes to nothing and butts come away with it .. Sam makes a great tackle and Ronnie makes a good run too

Pointers
1. In my opinion we fell short in Ball retention after the tackle .
2. Being aware of your team mates and where the opposition were was also sadly lacking too ... As they were able to exploit this because they were very quick to put on the pressure
3. We became very predictable in how we took our penalties , and gave them time to organise a strong defence !
Other than that we shown spirit and also didn't let our heads drop too much !! Well played guys , the score certainly DOES NOT reflect how we played !!
