South Leicester V Ashby.Game started off quite bad for South Leicester. We did not seem to be making the most of the chances we were given. It did gradually get better through the first half. There was good all over play from A. Rizoyannis, which led to South Leicester's fourth try of the match. The fourth try also presented the 'best fall of the Match' which went to the Ref. (A. Miller) Score at half time South 26 - Ashby 17. Second half Ashby came out fighting. Good passing again by A. Rizoyannis as well as off loading. South seemed to go off the boil in the second half. Final sore South Leicester 48 - Ashby 37. Well done lads and thanks to those who went over to play for Ashby in their hour of need due to several injuries that occured throughout the match.Training this week will be on Tuesday 6.30pm. THE SCORE WAS NO REFLECTION TO THE LADS PLAYING.
THE FIRST HALF STARTED WELL. J.DIXON CAME OFF WITH A BLOOD INJURY (NOSE BLEED) BUT WAS STRAIGHT BACK ON WHEN IT STOPPED. B.LOWER GAVE A GOOD KNOCKBACK OF BALL AFTER KICK OFF AFTER LIONS FIRST TRY, UNFORTUNATLY THE BALL DID NOT TRAVEL FAR ENOUGH. SOME GOOD TACKLING FROM J.ELLIOT

SOUTH KEPT THE PRESSURE ON THROUGHOUT THE 2ND HALF A VERY GOOD RUN BY ATTERBURY AND WAS ONLY STOPPED BY A HIGH TACKLE.
