All categories of membership, except Social membership, entitle the member to attend and vote at the AGM, provided the membership fee is fully paid.

Your attention is drawn to the following extract from the articles of association, no person shall become a member of the club unless:
That person has completed an application for membership form, approved by the directors and the directors have approved the application. (Membership starts from the date of application approval)
Voting members from the 2023/24 membership list who have let their voting membership lapse or have forgotten to pay their membership for this year have until 23rd May 2025 to pay in full, or they will have deemed to have resigned their membership. Any member who’s membership fee is more than four months in arrears shall be deemed to have resigned their membership of the club

Nominations: are invited for candidates for the following positions:

Club President: Graham Hill has decided to stand down from this important position after 8 years. Nominees must have at least 5 years continuous club membership
Company Secretary – vacant position
Club Secretary– vacant position
Club Director– vacant position

All nominees must be proposed and seconded by club members. Nominees, proposes and seconders must have at least twelve months membership and be fully paid up
Deadline for nominations: Friday 23rd May 2025

Should no nominations be received, those executive members wishing to continue in office will be voted through as uncontested at the AGM. Should there be more than one candidate for any one position then a vote will be required before submitting that person details to the board for review

Questions from the floor at the end of the meeting are welcome
