Category memberships below are entitled to attend and vote at the AGM, provided the membership fee has not lapsed and is fully paid up for 2025/26.

Your attention is drawn to the following extract from the articles of association. No person shall become a member of the club unless:
That person has completed an application form for club membership and the directors have approved the application. (Membership starts from the date of application approval)

Voting members from 2024/25 who have let their voting membership lapse or have forgotten to pay their membership for this year have until 15th May 2026 to pay in full, or they will have deemed to have resigned their membership. Any member who’s membership fee is more than four months in arrears shall be deemed to have resigned their membership of the club

Nominations are invited for candidates for the following positions within the club and Ltd Company:

Company Secretary – vacant position
Club Secretary– vacant position

Nominees for vacant and existing positions must be proposed and seconded by club voting members. Nominees, proposes and seconders must have at least twelve months membership and be fully paid up. Deadline for nominations Friday 22 May 2026. Nominations should be emailed to southleicesterrugby@gmail.com.

Should no nominations for existing positions be received, those executive members wishing to continue in office will be voted through as uncontested at the AGM. Should there be more than one candidate for any one position then a vote will be required before submitting that person details to the board for review

Questions for discussion at the end of the meeting will be reviewed by the board
