It is with heavy hearts that the family of Michael (“Mick”) Chippendale announce his passing, on Friday January 19, 2024. Mick faced a short, difficult battle with cancer. After only being diagnosed in October 2023

After graduating from DeMontfort University, Mick started out his career in electronics design working for Marconi Radar, where he was awarded apprentice of the year in 1975. His career eventually took him around the world presenting electronic designs in Asia, the Middle East and Europe. It gave him the travel bug, and resulted in him accepting a position with a Canadian company and being the reason that the family emigrated to Canada in the early 2000’s.
